How we work, stated before you engage us rather than after. The detail specific to your project lives in the written quote; this page covers what is true of every project.
This website
The pages on this site describe our services. They are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Nothing here is a fixed price. Prices are given individually in writing after we have spoken to you.
We try to keep everything here accurate, including the descriptions of past work, but we do not warrant that the site is free of error or continuously available.
Quotes and payment
Every project is quoted individually and in writing before any work starts. The quote states the scope, the price and the schedule. The price does not change unless you ask for something outside the quoted scope, and any such change is quoted before it is done.
Payment terms are agreed with you in writing before work begins and set out in the quote. Invoices are issued by impulss and are subject to Latvian VAT where applicable.
Revisions and approval
You see the finished design, with your own content in it, before we build anything. We revise the design until you approve it. Once you have approved the design and we have built it, further changes are quoted separately.
What you own
The domain is registered in your company’s name. On final payment, the website files, the content we have written for you and the design as delivered are yours. You may move the site to another host or another company at any time, and we will hand over what is needed to do so.
WordPress itself, and any third-party theme or plugin used in the build, remain under their own licences. Stock images we license for you are licensed on the terms of the image supplier.
What you provide
Your logo if you have one, photographs of your work, your list of services and your contact details, plus timely approval at the points where we ask for it. You confirm that anything you send us is yours to use. Delays in providing these move the launch date.
After launch
Support, updates, backups and security are covered by the monthly support arrangement described in your quote. It runs month to month and either side can end it with one month’s notice. Text and photo changes are included; larger changes are quoted first.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a position in Google search results, and we treat anyone who does as guessing. We do the technical and profile setup that makes a good position possible. Google decides whether it verifies a business listing, and how quickly, and that is outside our control.
Liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
